Located in the beautiful Georgia Piedmont, this lovely c1820 property is on the National Historic Registry and has a Georgia Historical Marker as well. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location.
It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. It is two blocks from the Monticello Town Square that the house predates.
